However Ashley made sure I had the right numbers to call and looked up my coverage info and claim amount. I would guess she saved me another two hours of being on the phone if not more. Bless her! When dealing with a difficult process it’s so nice to have a real human to call and get support. I appreciated her so much and will now have a windshield fixed this week.
